NANJING TMD COMPOUNDING EQUIPMENT CO LTD is a Chinese manufacturer and supplier of precision spare parts for co-rotating twin-screw extruders. We machine screw elements, kneading blocks, barrel sections, liners and screw shafts in our own workshop in Nanjing, and ship to more than 30 countries.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. The parts are made on our machines, to our drawings or yours, and every batch leaves with a dimensional report. That is the difference that matters when a line is down and the part has to fit the first time.
Own machining workshop in Nanjing. No third party between your drawing and the finished part.
Send the worn part or a sketch. We reverse-engineer the geometry and confirm a drawing before any steel is cut.

A manufacturer. The workshop is in Nanjing, and the screw elements, barrels and shafts are machined there. We quote and ship directly, so there is no intermediary margin in the price.
Yes. Screw elements, kneading blocks and barrels for ZSK 26, 40, 50, 58, 70, 92 and 133 Mc, machined to the original dimensions so they interchange with OEM parts.
Yes. Most first orders arrive as a worn part or a hand sketch with centre distance, bore diameter and spline details. We produce a drawing for approval before machining.
It depends on the part family: single elements are normal for a trial, barrels and shafts are made to order. Send the drawing and the quantity and we will confirm the smallest run we can make.
Chinese-built machines are normally held in stock and ship immediately. Imported-machine spares take 30–45 days once material is available and drawings are confirmed, plus transit.
More than 30 so far, including Germany, Italy, Poland, Turkey, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil and Mexico. We quote FOB or CIF and handle the export documents.
