We manufacture drop-in replacement screw elements, kneading blocks, shafts and barrels for the Coperion ZSK Mc series, including ZSK 58Mc and ZSK 70Mc, to the same dimensional standard as the original.
| Models covered | ZSK 26 / 40 / 50 / 58 / 70 / 92 / 133 Mc |
|---|---|
| Interchangeability | Dimensionally interchangeable with OEM |
| Base material | PM-HIP 1.2379 / 1.2380; nitrided 1.8550 |
| Verification | CMM report per batch |
| Minimum order | 1 piece |
| Documentation | EN 10204 3.1 on request |
| Lead time | Ex stock, immediate dispatch (Chinese standard machines) 30–45 days (imported-machine spares) |
Chinese standard machines include Giant, Jieya, Chuangbo, Chengmeng, Meizhilong, Jinwei, Useon and Kerke. The 30–45 day figure for imported-machine spares applies once material is available and drawings are confirmed.
Our tooling covers the ZSK Mc and Mc18 ranges. The models below are the ones we supply most often. If your machine is not listed, send a photograph of the nameplate and we will confirm.
Interchangeable means the element fits the shaft, matches the centre distance and reproduces the conveying geometry, so it can run alongside original parts on the same shaft. We work from OEM drawings where they are available and from measured samples where they are not.
Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. On request we supply material certificates to EN 10204 3.1, hardness results and a CMM printout for the batch.
The ZSK 92 is one of the most common compounding machines in the 92 mm class. We supply replacement conveying elements, kneading blocks and shafts for the ZSK 92 Mc and Mc18, machined to the OEM profile so they fit an existing shaft without modification. Elements can be ordered individually or as a complete screw set.
On the ZSK 133, wear concentrates in the melting and mixing zones where torque and temperature peak. We manufacture ZSK 133 elements in PM-HIP steel and supply them as single replacement pieces or as a matched set for a planned overhaul. Because of the size, freight is quoted separately and a full set is usually shipped by sea.
Yes. Aftermarket wear parts are standard practice in compounding. Check your service agreement if the extruder is still under warranty, since some contracts restrict third-party parts.
No. The two machines use different screw diameters, so element sizes and barrel bores differ. We tool for both, so quote the machine model with your enquiry.
Send the machine model, the element position and a photograph. We will confirm availability and the fastest realistic lead time for that specific part.
Yes, but they are different sizes and are never interchangeable. Quote the machine model for each line separately so we can prepare the correct drawings.
Email a photo, a drawing or the OEM part number and we will come back with a quotation.
